You can browse all products or start with our best sellers.
Where does PawTalk ship, and how long does delivery take?
We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and estimated delivery is 7–15 business days after dispatch — most orders arrive closer to the 7–10 day end of that range. Full details are on our shipping page.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on orders of $50 and over. On orders under $50 it's a flat $2.99 from $30 up to $50, and $4.99 on orders under $30.
What is PawTalk's return policy?
If you're not happy with your order for any reason, email support@pawtalk.shop within 30 days of delivery and we'll work with you to find the best resolution — a refund, a replacement, or store credit. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or wrong, you do not need to ship anything back. See our full satisfaction guarantee.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days of being approved.
What payment methods does PawTalk accept?
Checkout is handled securely by Stripe, which accepts all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and supported wallets such as Apple Pay and Google Pay. We never see or store your full card details.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. Use it to follow your package on the carrier's website. Tracking updates can take 24–48 hours to appear after the shipping confirmation is sent.
