1. Products
All products are sold as described. Product images are representative; minor variations in color or packaging may occur. We reserve the right to limit quantities and refuse orders at our discretion.
2. Pricing & Payment
All prices are in USD and inclusive of applicable taxes where required. We accept major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Prices may change without notice, but orders already placed will be honored at the price shown at checkout.
3. Shipping
Orders are fulfilled within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping takes 3–5 business days within the US. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
4. Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be returned in their original condition. To initiate a return, email hello@pawtalk.com with your order number. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the return.
5. Limitation of Liability
PawTalk products are designed for use with dogs under appropriate supervision. We are not liable for any injury to animals or persons resulting from misuse of our products. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
6. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered customers.
