We want you and your dog to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from your delivery date to request a return. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. We cannot accept returns on items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or returned without original packaging.
How to Start a Return
- 1Email us at support@pawtalk.shop with your order number and a brief description of the reason for your return.
- 2We'll reply within 48 hours with return instructions, including the return address.
- 3Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method and share the tracking number with us.
- 4Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed.
Refund Timeline
After we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take an additional 3–5 days to post the funds to your account.
Return Shipping Costs
Standard returns: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot issue refunds for items lost in transit on the way back to us.
Defective or wrong items: If we sent you a defective item or the wrong product, we cover all costs. See below.
Defective or Wrong Items
If your item arrives defective or we sent the wrong product, email us at support@pawtalk.shop with your order number and a photo of the issue. You do not need to return the item. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice — at no cost to you.
