Everything you need to know about how your order gets from us to you. We believe in being upfront so there are no surprises.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of being placed. You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately, and a separate shipping confirmation with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Time
After your order is shipped, estimated delivery is 7–15 business days. Our fulfillment partners ship internationally, which is how we keep prices low — and why delivery takes a bit longer than domestic shipping.
We appreciate your patience, and we promise it's worth the wait. Most orders arrive closer to the 7–10 day end of that range.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We're working on expanding to additional countries — stay tuned.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. Use it to follow your package on the carrier's website. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the shipping confirmation is sent.
Customs & Duties
Customs or import duties are rare for small packages shipped to US addresses, and most orders arrive without any additional charges. However, in the unlikely event that customs fees are assessed, they are the customer's responsibility. PawTalk has no control over these charges and cannot predict if or when they may be applied.
