How long do the filters last?
Each filter lasts 2-4 weeks of continuous use. Replace sooner if you notice slower water flow or visible buildup. Filters trap saliva, hair, and food particles - leaving them in too long can let biofilm and bacteria develop, which defeats the point of a filtered fountain.

Kitties are interested. Motion activator is very strong, works from like a meter away. Cannot hear a thing so it's very silent.

Motion Sensor Worth Every Penny

It makes a noise for a sensitive ear, it's not exaggerated, but I made a good choice by buying it with the sensor so that it doesn't work continuously and only when they get close. I think that for people with sensitivity, that is the solution. So, if you want a fountain with a tap and have a keen ear, the sensor to activate it is absolutely essential.

Easy to clean and disassemble

Takes about 5 minutes to fully disassemble and clean. Everything is dishwasher safe except the pump. I clean it weekly and it stays sparkling. No weird smells or slime buildup.
